Q1 Is this a pyramid selling scheme or a party plan?
A. No! Because network marketing is a relatively new business model and little understood, it's sometimes mistaken for other practises.
In fact, network marketing is used to distribute products by companies such as Virgin, The Body Shop and Gillette. Q7 Where does the money come from - how are such enormous earnings possible?

Traditionally, 80% of product price is swallowed by middlemen - wholesale, distribution, retail and advertising - while 20% is left for the manufacturer.
